Bruce Talley brings a long track record of startup, general management, and market development success to NAKIVO. As CEO, Bruce is responsible for the overall vision, direction, and revenue attainment for the company. Previously, Bruce was VP of Product Development at Quest Software. He joined Quest Software through its acquisition of VirtualFabrix where he served as the CEO. Bruce was Director of R&D at BMC Software. He joined BMC Software through its acquisition of CoroSoft where he served as the CEO. Earlier in his career, Bruce was VP of Managed Services at Exodus Communications where he grew revenue from $2M to $300M in just 2 years. Prior to Exodus, Bruce held various management positions within HP.
Sergei Serdyuk
Vice President of Product Management
Sergei Serdyuk has worked in the IT industry for over 15 years and has extensive experience in software project management, product management, virtualization, cloud, and data protection. As Vice President of Product Management at NAKIVO, Sergei is responsible for the company’s global product portfolio. On a mission to deliver the ultimate data protection solution, Sergei is passionate about building customer-centric products that save time, money, and effort for real humans. In addition to product management, Sergei is also involved in NAKIVO’s marketing and customer support operations. Outside of the office, Sergei enjoys science fiction, music, and traveling.
Veniamin Simonov
Director of Product Management
As Director of Product Management at NAKIVO, Veniamin is responsible for driving the execution of features and functionality for NAKIVO Backup & Replication. His background includes several positions in product management with 10 years of experience working with virtualization and cloud technology. NAKIVO Backup & Replication has an impressive track record of 5-star community reviews and has won a “Best of VMworld 2018” Gold Award for Data Protection at VMworld 2018 US.
Anton Shelepchuk
VP of Worldwide Sales
Anton Shelepchuk is a VP of Worldwide Sales at NAKIVO Inc. Anton has a Master's Degree in International Relations and Affairs. In the past, Anton worked as a financial consultant at XForex. In 2012, Anton joined NAKIVO as a senior business development manager for the North American region. In 2020, Anton became VP of Worldwide Sales and is responsible for developing sales strategies and achieving sales objectives. Anton oversees the entire NAKIVO sales team and helps build stronger relationships with customers and partners, while helping NAKIVO become one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry.
